Here to Help

So often our minds torment us by going over and over the same thoughts, memories, or images. In our culture we strive to be so high-functioning that we have no time for self-care and even struggle to get adequate sleep. Without any reprieve, anxiety can make the smallest tasks seem daunting and convince us that we must do it all and do it all perfectly! We find ourselves changing and not being the person we truly know ourselves to be. If you can relate, let’s talk. I primarily work with adults experiencing anxiety, anxiety-related disorders, & trauma. I utilize evidenced-based therapeutic approaches. It is so rewarding when clients go from feeling as if their anxiety is controlling them to feeling like themselves again. They are able to re-connect with the focused, open, & even silly sides of their personalities. I offer a non-judgmental and warm environment while providing genuine and honest feedback. I always say it’s important to “shop” for a therapist. If you're interested in connecting, I encourage you to set up a free phone consultation to see if this is a good fit for you!
